        We are situated into the town of Skiathos to an amthitheatrical point with astonishing view. The Pension is three minutes from the bus-station. All the rooms have personal bath, refrigirator, safebox, Tv, balcony and aicondition. From the roof of the Pension you can enjoy your breakfast, or you can drink your afternoon coffee enjoying the beautiful view of the town.           Ci troviamo nella città di Skiathos in un punto di amthitheatrical con vista mozzafiato. La pensione è di tre minuti dalla stazione degli autobus.            La  villa si trova in una delle zone più belle della Grecia in una proprietà, nel cuore della foresta di Koukounaries, a 11 km dalla città di Skiathos, a 400 m. di distanza dalla famosa spiaggia e dal porto turistico 100 m. dalla fermata del bus, le taverne,giocare Κinder, il Super Markets, il club ippico, lago Strofilia's - campo da golf piscine dell'hotel adiacente (con ingresso gratuito per i nostri ospiti) e il campo da tennis.

   Villa  is positioned on a hillside in the area of "Basilias", on the south coast of Skiathos island.  Villa  consists of a recently renovated main building where the studios & apartment are. The swimming pool and pool-bar is ideally situated to enjoy the panoramic views of the infinitive blue and relax in the peaceful environment. It's the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, a great chance to enjoy Greek hospitality and a promise to get to the essence of the Greek way of life. The location of Villa  is really unique just 1,5 km from Skiathos town and 3 km from Skiathos airport. Villa  stands at a level about 40m above the main road which runs from Skiathos town to Koukounaries beach. It is accessed by a 70m track from the main road leading to the parking area.  The surrounding gardens of Villa  consist of orange trees, magnolia trees, olive trees, rose bushes and many other flowering shrubs & plants. The area beyond the garden consists of pine trees & olive groves. The main building and the pool area are distant enough from the main road and Skiathos town to avoid all the fussiness and the noise of the busy streets, but also close enough to have an easy access whenever you get in that kind of mood. The nearest beach is Basilias beach (100m) and also Megali Ammos (200m), a little farther away is Ahladias beach (Esperides hotel) (800m). These beaches are all sandy with beach-tavernas and have water-sports & scuba-diving available, with the one of Basilias being usually much less crowded and peaceful than the others. There is a regular bus service (every 20 min.) which provides access to all the beaches of the south coast of the island and into Skiathos town The island also has an excellent taxi-service

 

Car or motorcycle rental is easily arranged and it is possible to have your rental vehicle delivered to Villa . It is also possible for us to arrange a rental car to be available for you on arrival at Skiathos Airport. There are a number of restaurants and tavernas within 300m and a range of supermarkets within 700m. The supermarkets will normally provide a delivery service to Villa  on request.

The main building of Villa  consists of 2 floors (ground & top) with 14 studios (for 2 persons) with single beds or double bed, and 1 apartment (4-5 persons) with 2 twin-bedded rooms and a kitchen-lounge room. All our rooms are spacious (>30m2), providing:

   La Villa  è posizionata su una collina nella zona di "Basilias", sulla costa sud dell'isola di Skiathos.  La Villa  è costituito da un edificio principale recentemente ristrutturato , dove sono i monolocali e appartamenti . La piscina e pool-bar è situato in posizione ideale per godere la vista panoramica sul blu infinito e rilassarsi in un ambiente tranquillo. E 'il luogo ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante, una grande occasione per godere di ospitalità greca e la promessa di arrivare all'essenza del modo di vita greco. La spiaggia più vicina è la spiaggia Basilias (100m) e anche Megali Ammos (200m), un po 'più lontano si trova la spiaggia Ahladias (hotel Esperides) (800 m). Queste spiagge sono tutte di sabbia con beach-taverne e sono gli sport acquatici e le immersioni subacquee a disposizione, con quella di Basilias essendo di solito molto meno affollata e pacifica degli altri.

Villa  is located in between Kolios and Agia Paraskevi Beach and only few steps away from busstation to town or Koukounaries Beach.
